Why does the icon show no videos?

getvy detects videos from the network requests a page makes. If you opened the page before installing, or the video hasn't started loading yet, no address is captured. Refresh the page or press play, and the badge should update. Some sites also load video only after you interact with the player.

The download stops or fails midway. What can I do?

Check your connection and confirm that the original video still plays. Keep the download tab open. If the problem continues, try another quality or refresh the source page.

Conversion to MP4 is slow. Is that normal?

In-browser stream assembly and track merging run entirely on your device using built-in modules without external tools. Speed depends on your network and CPU.
