getvy is a browser tool that helps you keep a personal copy of content you are entitled to access. getvy does not host, store, or re-transmit any video on its own servers — detection, downloading, and conversion all happen locally inside your browser.

DRM-protected streams are not downloadable: getvy does not bypass copy protection. You are solely responsible for complying with the content owner's terms of service and the copyright law of your jurisdiction. Download only what you're allowed to, and do not redistribute or use downloaded content commercially.

Notice of non-hosting. getvy operates strictly as a client-side browser tool and hosts, indexes, or archives no video content on any server. We therefore have no technical means to remove content stored on third-party servers — please contact the platform where that content is actually published.

Filing a notice. If you believe your copyrighted work is used without authorization on this website or inside the extension itself, email [email protected] with: (1) your signature, (2) identification of the work, (3) the URL of the material, (4) your contact details, (5) a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, and (6) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized agent. Valid notices are reviewed within 24–48 business hours.

Counter-notice & false claims. If material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice in the same form. Knowingly misrepresenting that content is infringing may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. We restrict or terminate access for repeat infringers.

1. Personal, non-commercial use. getvy is provided for personal, non-commercial use with content you are entitled to access.

2. Prohibited conduct. Reproducing, distributing, or publicly transmitting copyrighted works without permission; attempting to circumvent DRM; reselling or redistributing the service; violating a target site's terms; automated bulk scraping.

3. Out of scope. getvy does not download DRM-protected streams — a deliberate limitation for platform and web-store policy compliance.

4. No warranty. Provided "AS IS." Site-specific behavior may break without notice when target sites change their structure.

5. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, getvy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. You bear sole legal responsibility for how you use content obtained via getvy.
